Every Austin Vows wedding day begins with a light-and-timeline consultation. We build coverage around your schedule rather than imposing a fixed shot list — so the gallery reads as a true record of the day, not a selection of staged frames.

Our approach is documentary-first: quiet, close, and working with available light wherever possible. Fine-art portraits are built into the day at the moments when light and location are working in our favour, rather than pulling you away from your guests for an hour at the wrong time.

Portrait time is something couples often worry about beforehand and barely notice on the day. We typically build 20 to 30 minutes for formal portraits into the late afternoon or early evening — long enough to produce a full set of images, short enough that it does not pull you away from your guests. The rest of the gallery is documentary.

We have covered weddings in almost every setting imaginable — medieval castles, converted barns, coastal hotels, private country estates, city register offices, and marquees on family land. That breadth means we adapt quickly to unfamiliar venues rather than following a template, and we read the light in a new space faster than most.

Edited galleries typically run to 600 to 900 images for a full-day wedding, delivered as a private online link with a ten-year hosting guarantee. You can download individual frames, share the gallery link with family, or order prints directly through the gallery platform. Every image is hand-edited to a consistent, timeless colour palette.

All bookings include public liability insurance, a detailed contract, and a pre-wedding call to walk through the run sheet. If your wedding is outside Ireland, we arrive the evening before to scout the venue in the morning light. Standard turnaround is six to eight weeks from your wedding date.
