Members earn Vow Points automatically on every shop purchase, review, and completed profile, plus bonus points our team adds once a booking or referral is confirmed. Points are redeemable against photography packages, shop products, and tier vouchers with no minimum spend. The programme operates three tiers, based on your points balance — Vow (free), Promise (Silver), and Forever (Gold) — each unlocking a higher earn rate and access to tier-exclusive vouchers.

- Is The Vow Circle free to join?
- Yes — membership is completely free and always will be. Anyone can create an account at austinvows.com and immediately access the Vow (Base) tier. No credit card is required and there is no monthly or annual fee at any tier level.
- How do I earn Vow Points?
- Vow Points are earned in two ways. Automatically, and instantly: on every shop or photography purchase (6 to 10 pts per €1 depending on your tier), when you submit a review (+100 pts, once), and when you complete your member profile (+50 pts, once). By our team, once confirmed: a booking (+500 pts) or a successful referral (+250 pts) — these are added to your account shortly after our team confirms the booking, rather than instantly.
- How do I move up a tier?
- Tier is based on your current Vow Points balance. Reach 500 points to unlock Promise (Silver), and 1,000 points to unlock Forever (Gold). Because redeeming points for vouchers reduces your balance, it's possible for your tier to change if your balance drops below a threshold — your membership card always reflects your current points total.
- What happens to my Vow Points if I upgrade tiers?
- All points in your balance carry over — upgrading doesn't reset anything. From the moment your balance crosses a tier threshold, new purchases earn at the higher tier rate: 8 pts/€1 at Promise, 10 pts/€1 at Forever.
- How do tier vouchers work?
- Vouchers — complimentary add-ons and discount codes — are listed in your portal's voucher catalogue. Some are available to every member; others require Promise or Forever tier. Redeem any voucher you're eligible for by spending the points shown on it; a unique code is issued to your account immediately, valid for a set number of days.
- Who is The Vow Circle designed for?
- The programme is open to everyone. Couples use it to earn rewards on their wedding and redeem points against albums, prints, or anniversary sessions. Venues, hotels, event managers, and wedding planners earn points for referrals they send our way. Corporate clients book headshots and events and carry points forward across the year.
- Do Vow Points expire?
- No. Vow Points do not expire.
- Can I transfer Vow Points to someone else?
- Vow Points are personal and tied to your account — they can't be transferred directly to another member.
- How do I redeem Vow Points?
- Vow Points are redeemed from your member portal at austinvows.com/portal. Visit Loyalty & Rewards to browse and redeem tier vouchers, or visit the member shop to apply points directly against photography packages or shop products. There is no minimum redemption amount.
